USA Shipping

We're pleased to offer free 1–3 business day shipping on all orders within the USA, fulfilled from our warehouse in the United States.

If an item is not currently in stock at our primary US warehouse, it may be shipped from an alternate location. In that case, the express 1–3 day option may indicate a delay at checkout, and standard worldwide shipping timelines will apply.

Worldwide Shipping

We offer free tracked shipping to customers worldwide. Once your order has been shipped, you can expect delivery within 4–13 business days.

Please note: orders sent to PO boxes or military addresses may take 4–30 business days to arrive. We recommend using a residential address whenever possible, as business address deliveries can sometimes encounter issues — especially if the package arrives outside business hours.

Duty Fees & Customs

Wooof Pals is unable to cover or refund duty fees, VAT, or customs charges incurred under your local laws. In most cases, these fees will not apply due to the relatively low value of our shipments — however, we recommend checking your local customs and VAT regulations before purchasing to ensure a smooth delivery.

Please Note

- If an item is sold out in one warehouse, we may ship it from another location that can fulfill your order the fastest. This decision is made at our discretion to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible.
- If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at care@wooofpals.com or call +1 (575) 600-6812. We process orders quickly, so please reach out right away.
- Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel or edit it. In that case, you're welcome to return the items once they are delivered — please see our Return & Refund Policy for details.
